IMPORTANT NOTICE

We have been Lemax and Dept 56 dealers for 25 years.  During this time we have seen many items with minor or major flaws in new items especially Lemax.  Many items can be simply repaired without notice and others have minor flaws.  We are offering these items at reduced prices based on our inspection.   Each item is graded after inspection and testing.  Each item is assigned a class code with a discount in each class.  Each item will have a brief description of the flaw and a picture if available.

Class A (25% discount):  Includes items with minor box damage or unnoticeable repair but no knowledgeable defects.

Class B (35% discount):  Includes items with minor repair.

Class C (45% discount):  Includes more extensive repair but is functional.

Class D (55% discount):  Includes items that need additional work or such as items with no power but could be repairable. 

Items that do not meet any of these classes are destroyed. 

All class items include packaging, paperwork, adapters, accessories, flags etc. if part of the original contents. 

Because of the discounting, all items are being sold as is with no returns.  If you do not agree with these terms do not buy.  We are not trying to rip people off and only offering these as a bargain to our customers.  If you are interested in several items we will combine shipping and you save more.
