If there’s no pictures with ram or ram listed in the specifics I don’t know if it’s included (what you see in the pictues is what you get if there’s an item missing it’s missing you will not be receiving it, batteries, ram, cooling parts, speakers, etc, I don’t open every laptop and I don’t know what’s included in any of them unless there’s a picture with the back off)

I don’t know if it works with an external monitor.
