This item was found in an abandoned storage unit. I put batteries in and it seemed to work but I didn't have the bed to test it on. These remote can only be used on the correct bed so please make sure this is the one you need. Remote does have some slightly sticky adhesive on the back. You can see it in the pictures. I Cleaned it off some but could use a little more. Feel free to ask questions before purchasing.
