Vintage Yamaha “Disc Boy” portable CD player – model YCD‑99WR – with original wired remote control, Yamaha earphones and Yamaha‑branded carry case.

Condition:
  • Tested with audio CD – powers on, reads discs and plays through headphones. All front‑panel buttons respond, display is clear. Remote control volume/skip/play work as expected. 
  • Cosmetic condition is very good for age – light surface marks and small scratches to lid and display window from normal use. No cracks to the housing. Battery compartment is clean with no obvious corrosion (see photos).
  • Earphones are original period Yamaha items; some wear to cable strain reliefs but still usable. Sound comes out of them but is slightly distorted/hissy
  • Carry case is in nice shape with minor creasing and signs of age, Yamaha logo bright.]
