Late Qing Dynasty Chinese true nephrite jade seal carved with raised characters on the bottom. The first photo shows the image of printing surface flipped left to right, so the seal can be read. Wonderful austere piece appropriate for a scholar’s desk, dark green nephrite jade with lighter colored spots and natural lines, pleasant finish to the stone, red seal paste in the grooves. Height 1.25 inches, base 1.97 x 1.04 inches.
