This listing is for an original "ROGERS U.S.A. WEATHERKING A-1" white coated drum head, and a 16", 8-hole chrome-over-steel rim/hoop, presumed to be Rogers, likely of late-60s/early-70s vintage.

The rim measures 1-1/8" or possibly 1-5/32" in total height, and has the parallel-oval t-rod holes and triple-flanged style of post tall boy Rogers rims, but I can't guarantee with absolute certainty.
Please study the pics carefully to make your own determination.

The head is in very nice condition with no dents or divots, and only light aging and smudges as shown.
It fits snugly in the rim, and both the head and rim are in-round and turn easily on a 16" shell.
