  • We ship our packages via FedEx Ground or USPS Ground Advantage.
  • We offer local pickup for specific items, which must be scheduled by appointment.

Payment Details

  • Supported payments by eBay and PayPal are the only acceptable payment method. We ship to confirmed buyers' addresses verified by PayPal.

    Return Policy

    • We accept returns on all items that qualify for our 30 Day Warranty. We will pay return shipping for any item that is defective, damaged, or misrepresented in our eBay listing. Items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded once the return is delivered and inspected.
    • If you have a problem with our product please call us before opening a case we will resolve it. Opening a case against us whether resolved or not still hurts our quality rating and costs us money with eBay for higher listing fees. Most of our cases turn out to be consumer errors or not fully understanding the description prior to purchase.

      Asset Management

      • We assign all of our items with unique asset tags that match our inventory system and track what items we ship out with the part number, serial number, and item condition with parts/peripherals.
      • All returns must match the asset tag assigned to the order to be eligible for a full exchange/refund.
