1965 AUSTIN HEALEY 3000 MK3 BJ-8 SPORTS CONVERTIBLE. BLACK WITH BISCUIT TRIM, BLACK CLOTH TOP WITH MATCHING BOOT. 4-SPEED OVERDRIVE, CHROME WIRE WHEELS, MOTOLITA WOOD WHEEL. EXCELLENT, OLDER GROUND-UP RESTORATION SHOWING 88,597 MILES. 





-Recently purchased from it's older Florida collector is this handsome 3000 MK3 BJ-8 Phase 2 Single Light Convertible in striking colors of black with biscuit trim. This vehicle was quality ground-up restored approximately 10-15 years ago and has just been fully refreshed by ourselves.

-Details of the ground up restoration include the car being completely disassembled/stripped down to the bare superstructure, shot blasted clean, and basically built back from the chassis up. 

-Newer paint, all chromework either new or replated, new body rubber kit throughout, windshield glass and both door glass replaced.

-Newer upholstery throughout including front and rear seats with foam kit, matching biscuit panel kit, black cut pile carpet kit, console, armrests, armbars, seat belts, new wooden dashboard, door seals, top seals, repainted top frame, black cloth top with matching top boot, newer wiring harness, Armacord trunk re-upholstery kit. 

-Mechanicals include believed rebuilt drivetrain, rebuilt suspension, brakes, stainless exhaust throughout, fuel system, electronic ignition, alternator, auxiliary electric cooling fan, oversized radiator core, plastic Texas Cooler fan, spin-on oil filter, high torque starter, new stainless wire wheel and radial tire set, cast aluminum valve cover.
