• Buyers must reach out to start the return process within 15 days of receiving the item.

• Items may be returned if you feel the condition of the item was not accurately described, or, if the item was damaged during shipment. ** Partial refunds will not be issued. If you are unhappy with the item, before leaving a negative review, please reach out to begin the return process.

• The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent.

• If the item was damaged in shipping, Chickadee Banditry will pay to have the item returned and you will receive a full refund.

• If returning for any other reason, Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and must insure the item for its full value.

• If the item is lost/damaged during the return process, Buyer must file a claim to be reimbursed by their chosen shipping service.

• Upon receiving the returned item in its original condition, Buyer will be refunded for the full cost of the item.
