  • TIPS:

  • Optimal with PC/Mobile. For TV use, confirm compatibility of TV port first.
  • Maintain a distance of 2"–6" between the mouth and mic, with a 45-degree angle, to prevent roar sound.
  • Minimize interference from nearby wireless devices.

TV Connection:

  • If your TV only has an optical (digital audio) output, you will need an optical to RCA converter (not included). Please follow the steps below: 1) Connect the TV optical out to the converter's optical input. 2) Connect the converter's RCA output to the receiver's R+L IN. 3) Connect the receiver's R+L OUT to your speaker.

Try these quick ways to improve better sound quality:

1. Reduce wireless interference-Keep receiver and transmitter within 30 feet of clear line of sight, away from Wi-Fi routers, Bluetooth devices, or large metal objects.

2. Check the cable connections-Ensure cables between receiver and input/output device are fully inserted.

3. Check and replace batteries if low-Weak power may cause audio dropouts or delays.

  • Please ensure to power the converter. If an output device is connected, disconnect it from the receiver, or the mic audio cannot be heard
