• Freight charges are non-refundable, and buyers are responsible for returning items to our store in Gepps Cross, SA, unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

• Orders are dispatched Australia-wide using reliable freight carriers within 2 business days of receiving full payment.

• Tracking details will be sent via eBay once dispatched.

• (No PO Boxes) We do not deliver to PO Boxes. A physical address with contact name and phone number is required for all deliveries.

Large Item Delivery Requirements

• For all large item deliveries, please contact us via eBay with your name, contact number, and delivery address for a quote.

• Large parts (e.g., engines, transmissions, diffs and other major mechanical parts) must be delivered to a commercial address with forklift access.

• If you do not have access to a commercial delivery point, we can arrange delivery to your nearest freight depot at extra cost depending on the freight company depot.

Returns, Exchange & Refunds Policy

NextGen Auto Parts offers replacements, repairs, and refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and on the terms set out in our Warranty Policy and in this Returns Policy.

Accepted Returns

• You received the incorrect item compared to what was advertised in the item description and photographed.

• The item was not as described as seen in the photos and item descriptions.

• Returns for change of mind may be considered within 7 days of delivery, provided that

• The item is in original condition and packaging, and has not been fitted, used, modified or painted.

• A return has been approved in writing by our team

Returns Will Be Refused If

Return Process

• Provide supporting evidence (e.g., photos, video, installation invoice).

ENGINE WARRANTY

• Standard 3-month parts-only warranty. Extended 12 or 24 Month and Labour warranty can be purchased at additional cost.

• Warranty applies to the engine only accessories like water pumps, belt tensioners, wiring, etc. are not covered.

• Gaskets, filters, plugs, and oil leaks are considered consumables and not covered.

• Warranty is void if the engine fails due to overheating cooling system must be cleaned, tested or replaced by a professional.

• Engine must be fitted by a licensed mechanic.

• Any issue must be reported to NextGen Auto Parts before taking any action (towing, repairs, replacements, etc.).

• No coverage will be provided without prior approval from NextGen Auto Parts.

TRANSMISSION / GEARBOX/ Diff WARRANTY

• Standard 3-month parts-only warranty.  Extended 12 or 24 Month and Labour warranty can be purchased at additional cost.

• All transmissions must be serviced at installation (new filter and fluid).

• Cooling system and transmission lines must be flushed; cooler replaced.

• Correct fluids must be used.

• Some transmissions require dealer reprogramming buyer is responsible.

• Must be fitted by a licensed mechanic.

• Warranty is void if damage is caused by incorrect installation or misuse.

• NextGen Auto Parts must be notified of any issue prior to any action taken.

  
  

3-Month Warranty Conditions

This item is sold with 3-Month Limited Parts Warranty, valid from the date of invoice. Labour, fitting or diagnostics are not included in this warranty.

Parts must be installed within 14 days of delivery

Parts must be installed by a qualified mechanic or professional auto parts store.

Warranty is valid to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

To initiate a claim, contact us via eBay with your order details and any supporting documentation (photos, inspection report, installer invoice, etc.). We may request return of the item for assessment. If the item is found to be faulty, we will repair, replace or refund it at our discretion.Warranty Covers:

- Material faults not visible or stated in item description or at time of sale.

- Structural issues that affect the normal use of the item as intended by the manufacturer.

- Cosmetic wear and tear after installation (please remember these are used second-hand parts).

- Labour, freight, installation or removal costs, downtime, other loss or damages.

- Parts not installed within 14 days of delivery.

- Parts not installed by a qualified mechanic or professional auto parts store.

- Failure to provide supporting documents, such as the invoice from installation by a qualified technician.
