Installation Guide
- Ensure the engine is off and cool before beginning the installation process.
- Remove any existing power steering pump by disconnecting the inlet and outlet hoses.
- Position the new power steering pump in the mounting area and attach the pulley securely.
- Connect the inlet hose to the hose barb attachment and secure it properly.
- Attach the outlet hose to the threaded attachment, ensuring it is tight but not over-tightened.
- Refill the power steering fluid and check for any leaks before starting the engine.
Important Notes
- This power steering pump part is not compatible with models outside the specified range (2006-2008 Suzuki Grand Vitara).
- Ensure that the OE numbers (21205, 4910066J00, 4910066J01) match the original part before purchase.
- Reservoir is not included with this product; make sure to use the existing reservoir from your vehicle.
- It is recommended to consult a professional mechanic for installation if you are not familiar with automotive repairs.
