 Britannic Warehouse is a well-established family based business in Birmingham.  We have been in business for over 40 years. Led by a team of highly dedicated and motivated family members.  Our aim is to give good customer service.

Payment

We accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card, Paypal. All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT.  Payment must be made within 1 working days.

Delivery

Once your order has been processed and we have received payment, your item will be dispatched on a next working day delivery service with our courier DPD. If payment is received by 8am your order should be despatched from our warehouse the same day.  
On the morning of delivery DPD should contact you via text or email to inform you of an hour time slot for when delivery should take place. Deliveries usually take place between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday. 
Whilst we aim to have all items delivered the following working day please allow up to 3-5 working days for orders to arrive as we cannot guarantee delivery and cannot be held liable for any late deliveries.

Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
