The small disc mill crusher is a high-efficiency equipment specifically designed for grinding and crushing ore materials. By means of its compact structure, flexible operation and stable performance, it is widely used in laboratory sample preparation, small-scale mining processing and building material testing. 🏗️ Main machine frame
Integrally made of cast iron, stably supports the whole machine, ensures no obvious shake during operation and guarantees grinding precision.
🔩 Manganese steel grinding disc assembly
Comprises upper and lower manganese steel grinding discs rotating relatively, core part for material crushing. Anti-rust paint sprayed onto surfaces to prevent rusting. Manganese steel improves grinding efficiency and wear resistance.
⚡ Driving system
Composed of a 1.5KW 220V motor, belt pulley and driving belt. After the motor runs, grinding discs are driven by belt to rotate. Belt cover is arranged outside to avoid exposed belt and potential safety hazards.
🎛️ Precision adjustment mechanism
Composed of adjusting handwheel, adjusting screw rod and other components. Rotate handwheel to drive screw rod to adjust gap between grinding discs, controlling material crushing fineness.
⛲ Feeding device
Located on the top of the machine. Funnel design facilitates material feeding, feeding speed can be controlled to avoid overloading.
📦 Finished product collecting box
Installed at the bottom of the machine and abuts against the discharging outlet below grinding discs. Crushed material automatically falls into the collecting box. Pull-out or flip type design, easy to remove and clean.

⚠️ Precaution
- Operator requirements: Operators must be familiar with this manual, master operation methods and safety precautions. Non-professionals prohibited. Children prohibited.
- Power safety: Use 220V single-phase AC with leakage protection. Do not operate with wet hands; do not plug/unplug while running.
- Protective measures: Belt cover must be installed; never start without cover. Do not stretch hands into feeding inlet, disc gap, or belt drive. Wear protective face mask.
- Material safety: Do not feed metal blocks, stones, flammable/explosive or corrosive materials. Feed slowly and evenly.
- Abnormality handling: If abnormal noise, vibration, overheating, smoking occurs, turn off immediately. Do not restart before troubleshooting.
- Equipment placement: Place on flat solid ground, reserve at least 0.5m space for operation, maintenance and heat dissipation.

Returns & Exchanges
All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery date. Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original materials. A partial refund may be applied for opened or damaged items.
Buyer's remorse: Return shipping fee covered by buyer; original shipping cost deducted from refund. 15% restocking fee will be charged.
Seller's error: Buyer will receive a full refund of the item as well as shipping charges.
All returns require a RA (Return Authorization) number. Please contact us at first for details.
Defective & Damaged Products
If product was received damaged or not as described, please send us pictures or videos so we can understand your problem and solve ASAP. Replacement or refund of defective products can be returned in exchange for the exact same product, or purchase price refunded.
If an item is received damaged, customer service must be contacted within 7 days of receiving your item. RA number required.
