Absolutely gorgeous. Victorian, black and white carved double Roman soldier, cameo ring. The main stone, whatever it’s made of, (glass?)is still a great condition considering its age. The setting looks to be a silver color over a brass colored metal. As far as I can see it isn’t signed. The stone could definitely be put into a different setting if buyer prefers. The only similar pieces I’ve found online have been set in some kind of precious metal and average about $2,000. (The actual gold/silver value would only be a fraction of the cost).
