Attention

1. Install the brake disc and brake drum correctly according to the schematic diagram in the manual.

2. Please read the instruction manual carefully before use.

3. Before using the lathe, add mechanical oil to the lathe. Replace the mechanical oil every 3-5 months. After cleaning the lathe daily, coat the guide rail and spindles with mechanical oil.

4. There is no plug on the lathe motor. Please let the professional electrician connect the lathe to the power source to avoid accidents.

Product Features

The ON switch and OFF switch are arranged separately and controlled independently, and the operation is easy and convenient. The emergency stop switch is designed for stopping the lathe in emergency, ensuring the safety of the machine and operator.

The high-quality motor can provide stable and high driving force for lathe operation, ensuring the feeding can be conducted normally and efficiently.

The two spindles are designed for installing the brake drum and brake disc correspondingly, thereby well meeting different processing requirements of the brake drum and brake disc and effectively improving the processing efficiency and quality.

The tool rest is high in structural strength and processing precision, can achieve efficient machining of brake discs and drums and can be controlled to achieve automatic feeding.

The tool post can be controlled to move in the front-and-rear direction and the left-and-right direction through different handwheels, the control precision is higher, the processing effect is better, and the adaptability is greatly enhanced.

The LED lighting lamp is designed for flexibly lighting the working environment, facilitating observation of the processing state in real time. The lighting lamp can be turned on and off as needed, and the user experience is well improved.

The tool box has a large capacity for holding multiple tools in place, effectively preventing the tools from being disorderly or lost after use, protecting the tools against damage and keeping the working environment clean and orderly.

Operation Method

1. Connect the machine to the 110V power supply correctly.

2. Install the brake drum/disc according to the instruction manual.

3. Turn on the power switch, rotate the handwheels to adjust feeding, press the feeding handle to conduct automatic feeding operation.

4. After use, clean the lathe and apply the mechanical oil to the guide rail and spindles.
