Could be 80s.  I m not sure.  What i am sure of  is its very pretty w a sexy vibe.

Over Bust/ neck and empire waist is see thru netted lace .

Pretty much backless  .

Color wise.  Think the color of a peacock  . Green, dark aqua??

Picture shows more towards the blue .

Marked small  . I measure the bust about 33"    but since it was nearly backless,   I guess 34 or 35" might work . Hip about 40" .

No noted damage such as rips or tears  .
