• Items will only be delivered during normal working hours (9am to 5pm on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

• If it is the buyer's personal reason to return the item, the return postage fee would be at buyer's charge. Plus, the buyer also need to pay 10% restocking fee.
• Returns must be agreed by both parties prior to the actual return with 30 business days. 
• Buyers must also strictly follow our returns procedure when returning an item. 
• We reserves the rights to provide buyers a replacement, parts or a full or partial refund. Charges may apply if the product is damaged by buyers when the returned item is received.
