Wigs by Patti & Poppi • Personal help before you order

Most wigs are made in an average cap size, which fits many wearers. Because every head is different, measuring before ordering is always helpful.

Petite: 51-54 cm (20-21.25")
Average: 54-57 cm (21.25-22.5")
Large: 57-60 cm (22.5-24")

A wig's fit and overall look can vary with head shape, face shape, adjustment, styling, and lighting. Product photos show the style's possibilities, but every wig looks a little different on each person.

Not sure how to measure? Video guides can be helpful, or simply send us an eBay message—we're glad to help before you order.

Online shopping is a wonderful way to replace a style or color you already love, try a new look you feel comfortable with, or add another wig to your collection.

If this is your first wig, or fit, color, and style feel especially important to get exactly right, visiting a local wig shop can be very helpful. Trying a few cap sizes and styles in person can make future online shopping feel more comfortable.

The color photos in the dropdown are included to help you choose. Use the manufacturer's color name or code whenever possible, since screens, photos, and lighting can make a shade appear lighter, darker, warmer, or cooler in person.

For an even better feel for a color, look at the manufacturer's website and watch video reviews of the style or shade in different lighting. Need a full manufacturer color chart? Send us an eBay message and we will be happy to help.

Many items ship directly from an authorized manufacturer or distributor. Inventory can change quickly, but we work hard to keep listings current.

If your chosen color becomes unexpectedly unavailable, we will contact you promptly through eBay. Need an availability check? Send us the style name and color code.

🏷️ Making an offer?
Please include your color choice in the offer notes so we can check stock before accepting. If no color is selected, we will message you; orders without a reply within two business days may need to be cancelled.

Orders may ship by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Tracking will appear in your eBay purchase history as soon as it is available.

Please double-check your shipping address before ordering, as many orders begin processing quickly. Payments, taxes, and payment methods are securely handled by eBay.

Because wigs are personal-wear items, we cannot accept returns for color, style, density, or fit preference. Please choose carefully, and message us with questions before ordering.

If we sent the wrong style or color, we will make it right. Please message us with the style and color ordered, the information on the attached tag, and a clear photo of that tag.

Eligible non-wig returns must be unused, unaltered, and in pristine resalable condition with all original packaging, tags, and nets. When applicable, original shipping and a 25% restocking fee may be deducted.
