This is a vintage Japanese porcelain Sake cup of Imari ware, Arita ware, which was made by one of the greatest Japanese potters, the 14th Kakiemon Sakaida (1934-2013) about 30 years ago.
He was designated as a National Human Cultural Treasure from Japanese Government in 2001.
Flowers are hand-painted on the body.
The signature of the potter is written on the bottom.
The original wooden box with the signature of the potter is also included.
