This is a vintage Japanese lacquered wooden tray, which was made about 70-80 years ago. This tray is made of natural wood, and coated with high quality Japanese lacquer.
Pine trees are molded and hand-painted by the technique of MAKIE. The signature of the artisan is written on the bottom.
