Stands and hangers ARE NOT included with the item unless mentioned otherwise: for example, “Plate w/Stand”, “Décor w/Hanger”. If you are not sure what is included with the item – please send us a message prior to purchase!
3. All items that we sell are from smoke-free and pet-free homes!
4. Clothing items: all used clothing has been laundered and cleaned as per the manufacturer instructions and according to online resale policy and standards.
5. 99% of our inventory are vintage items that were pre-loved before and are sold as USED items. Most of them don’t have the original packaging and have some signs of usage.
6. We care about this planet! We are using recycled materials to ship our items.
7. Shop with confidence! We are offering a 30-day return policy for all our items! If the item, you received didn’t prove your expectation – simply send it back! Shipping cost will be refunded only if item not as described.
8. We are offering fast 1-working day express shipping for all items. Items purchased during the weekend will be shipped on Monday morning.
9. We can combine shipping. If you place a few separate orders on the same day – we will send all items in one box and refund the overpaid shipping cost.
10. We don’t accept international returns (unless the item is not as described).
