The crystal look bead from the knob is missing - you could glue another bead in or just leave it as is - it doesn't affect the closing of the bag.

There is a small tear in the PU near the latch - above the KK exterior label - see photos.  This could be glued down perhaps, or I have read that clear nail polish could be used to coat over the tear to hold it down - these are only suggestions - you would have to do your own research if you wanted to try to repair this. 

Please clearly review all photos before purchase so you are aware of the full condition of the bag - the last 2 photos show close up of the area where the tear is.
