Vintage 1993 Wizard of Oz Over the Rainbow Musical Edwin M. Knowles Collectors Plate includes COA and original box. It contains a built-in mechanical music box mechanism on the back that winds up to play the classic movie theme song, "Over the Rainbow"- the box itself is a little loose.
