Double Guardrail
The double guardrail on both sides of the conveyor belt stabilizes materials, avoids slip and deviation, ensuring stable transport to destination. Effectively prevents workers from accidentally putting hands into equipment, preventing injuries.
Optical Fiber Sensor
Equipped with optical fiber probe, with filling liquid positioning function, simple operation, precise control, DC power supply, safe and efficient.
A. DC low voltage control mode - Generally used in filling machines with universal controllers. This foot switch has the following two conditions:
a. Step down do not loosen, filling machine only fill once
b. Step down do not loosen, filling machine continuous filling
B. AC high pressure control mode - Generally used in pneumatic piston filling machine, requires an additional DC controlled AC contactor to complete compatibility
C. Pneumatic control mode - Generally used in pneumatic filling machine. This foot switch controls the pressure valve to make filling machine work; another pneumatic solenoid valve replaces foot switch control.
A. Relay continuously closed during working hours - When foot switch pressed, filling machine fills once.
B. Relay closed for about 0.5 seconds and disconnected during working time - Suitable for filling machine that does not loosen continuous filling when foot switch stepped on.
C. Output DC voltage 12V and disconnected for about 0.5 seconds during work time - Suitable for pneumatic filling machine. AC foot switch requires 12V DC AC contactor (self-provided). Pneumatic foot switch needs 12V DC pneumatic solenoid valve (self-provided).
