Please be mindful, these are Live insects.. do not order if you live in an area that is 100*+ in temperature. If you live in a location that has 30* and below temp, please do not order. Talk to me first before ordering if you live in those temperatures. ALL orders are insured up to $100 .. If you have DOA you will need to make a claim with USPS. I do not offer refunds for Doa, this is why all orders are insured. If this unfortunately does happen, you will need to take plenty of pictures for the claim.
