Gorham 12" Silver candlestick, holder "Hurricane" Made in India Unused?

This item has no issues, in fact it appears unused. There is no candle residue in the top cup. The top cup unscrews and revealed 3 felt pads for the bottom which are unused. Very nice piece with no blemishes. Weighs 1 pound 11 ounces.
