Condition

This antique piece is in excellent vintage condition. The sterling silver lid and base rim show a beautiful-authentic patina that highlights the piece. Buyer may wish to complete a deep silver cleaning.

The hallmarks remain remarkably sharp and legible. The wheel-etched glass body in Chantilly is entirely free of chips, cracks, or cloudy water staining. 

The sterling lid sits securely and features a tight secure fit to keep everything fresh. The lid simply stamped sterling may have been added at a later date and compliments the little jar nicely.
