Here we have a vintage 1960’s Buco Deb motorcycle helmet. The "Buco Deb" is a popular, highly collectible vintage 1960s half-shell motorcycle helmet. Originally marketed to women and Vespa/scooter riders under the name "Debutante," these iconic shorty helmets were heavily associated with cafe racer culture and are prized today for their retro aesthetic. While Buco (Joseph Buegeleisen Co.) is most famous for its heavy-duty leather motorcycle jackets and safety gear, the "Deb" remains a favorite retro find. In the 1950s and 1960s, these were sold directly at Harley-Davidson and Indian Motorcycle dealerships.
Helmet shows some wear from age and use. See pics.
