This All-Clad LTD 13" Paella Pan has an anodized exterior and a stainless steel cooking surface for easy cleaning. The two-piece set is used and includes a round pan with a 13-inch diameter and a capacity of 3 quarts. The pan features a domed lid for added convenience and heat resistance up to 450°F. Its large size makes it perfectly versatile as both a Braiser or Paella pan. Lid has a small dent and some discoloration and build up on surface and around the rivets of the pan which doesn't quite show in the photos. Still a great addition to any kitchen.
