Navy blue rayon, turban mixed with a pillbox style and attached snood/hair cover in the back. 

Good vintage condition. Some wear on the headband area. Water stain on the side and back of the hat as pictured. Steaming helped the stain come a bit out. May show other minor signs of normal wear and age.
