From the archives of The Robbins Co of Attleboro, MA, this listing is for an antique steel stamping die used to make a 7/16” diameter emblem applique for Lawrence High School in Lawrence, Kansas. The die is dated July 1927 on the side. There are several Lawrence High Schools in the country but the Robbins Company ledger entry for this S/N shows the client to be E. W. Parsons, a prominent jeweler in Lawrence, Kansas. The die has maximum dimensions approximately 1 ¼” x 2 7/16” x 1 ⅛” high. The die weighs 15 oz and the condition is Excellent.
