Hook measures 3 1/4 inches long by 2 1/8 inches wide.   Chain measures 4 inches.  Ring measures 1 1/2 inches in dimeter.  Total length is 9 3/4 inches.  Hook shows minimal signs of rust.  Chain and ring are rusty.  Please see pictures.
