RARE! Nice pharmaceutical item: Cardboard folder containing a short spaceflight history ending with Apollo 11 along with a 33 1/3 rpm record. 1960s Reflections of the Age of Anxiety. No. 6 in an Audio History Series. Abbott Laboratories June 1983 Printed in U.S.A. For Anxiety Today Tranxene (clorazepate dipotassium). The front cover of the folder a spacecraft (Apollo 11 I think) on the launch pad in black and white. The back of the folder is all the information on Tranxene.
Inside the folder there is a pocket for the record along with some photos and a short history of space flight ending with Apollo 11. There's a flap a long the right-hand side that opens us as an 'ad' for Tranxene "Calms with Care."
The record is light (flimsy) but in good condition. The Space Adventure - Historical Sounds and Voices from Sputnick (yes, it is spelled Sputnick instead of Sputnik on the record) to lunar landing. I have not tested the record.
