This is a vintage International All Weatherwear mini satchel made from faux black pebbled textured leather with brown trim.

This cute little bag has a bottom zippered compartment with a mirror with the original plastic protective coating on it.

The handbag is in fair to good condition. The shape has relaxed and the handles look like they are starting to crack, but have not yet cracked. There is otherwise no damage.
