Rare and obscure design by The Design Institute of America (see tags).  Obviously hand made and assembled.  Fully functional.  I put a battery in about a year ago.  You need to unscrew the back plate.  Buyer to pay $45. S/H, for weight.  Ask all questions, there are no returns.
