SET OF 4 VINTAGE 1980s ROYAL DOULTON WIMBLEDON EGG CUPS

A very rare set of egg cups made by Royal Doulton for Wimbledon Tennis Club, c. late 1980s.

They feature the 'W' design which was used during the 70s and 80s.

Bone China, with gilding around the rim. Simple band in the classic purple and green.

Each egg cup measures 4.5cm tall by 4cm wide. Made in England.

The egg cups are vintage (almost 40yrs old), but they are in excellent condition.

There are no chips or cracks, and no rubbing to the gilding.

Ideal for a boiled egg breakfast before watching Wimbledon this year!
