Pre-owned but in very good condition woth some wear on the metal handle.   The velvet is in very good condition.

The anthropomorphic dogs in hats is such a 50s staple and adorable addition to a collection or fun purse to draw attention!!  Has a Maximalist style yet so retro and fun.
