✔ Lift Location: Ensure proper space per architect’s plans. Requires 220V, 30A, single-phase, grounded power.
✔ Overhead Area: Ensure no heaters, supports, electrical lines, doors, or lights obstruct installation.
✔ Floor Area: Inspect for cracks or defective concrete.

Floor & Concrete Requirements

✔ Level concrete is recommended for proper installation.
✔ Minor slopes can be adjusted with shimming.
✔ New concrete must cure for at least 30 days.

🚫 DO NOT install on:
❌ Asphalt or non-concrete surfaces
❌ Expansion seams, cracked, or weak concrete
❌ A second/elevated floor (without consulting a building architect)
❌ Outdoors (unless properly weather-protected)
