I believe this is an example of Swedish Dala Art and it is in EXCELLENT condition with no damage!! I believe the bowl is handcrafted from a gourd and it is hand painted but unsigned!! It is approx. 2.5" high X 5.25" in diameter!! The fish range in size from 1.5" to 2/5"!! Please see my many other art and collectible listings and email me with any questions.
