How to Trade

Trading via Enterprise Exchange Box

Method 1: Staff enter the customer's in-game enterprise.

Note: Requires permission from the guild leader; members do not have permission.

Method 2: Customer enters the staff member's in-game enterprise.

Upon reaching the designated trading location, the staff member will place the ordered items into the storage box.

The customer can then retrieve them directly.

Note: After the transaction is complete, please exit the enterprise. (There is no cooldown time for changing enterprises.)

To better serve you, we will add you as in-game friend after you pay for the order. Pls. leave your Game ID, and server region in the order note.

Typically, we will be open from 9 pm EST to next day 12 pm EST. We are likely be off 
from 12 pm EST to 9 pm EST. If you purchase the order in the off-period, we will
process it immediately after back online.
