You are buying this Daisy & Buttons blue pickle castor in a Derby Silver Co. quadruple plate holder.  The glass is 5" tall, the holder is 13 3/4" tall.  The glass is very good, no chips or cracks, the holder has tarnish but it in good condition.  The lid has a eagle on the top.  The glass does glow under the black light, see photo.
