VINTAGE --- Wooden SCHOENHUT LION figurine from the HUMPTY DUMPTY CIRCUS COLLECTION.

Handmade from wood and hand painted,  in good condition consistent with it's age and use,  the stringing elastic bands are in good working order.    Manufactured between 1903 and 1935 with dimensions of 8" x 5" x 2.5".    Albert Schoenhut was born in 1848,  he came from a toy making family in Wurtenberg, Germany and came to the United States in 1866.    He started his own toy making company  in 1872.

 MY  FEEDBACK  SHOWS ONE FEEDBACK,  8  YEARS  AGO  MY  FEEDBACK  WAS  OVER  1500,   SINCE  THEN  I  HAVE  ONLY  SOLD  3  ITEMS,  SO  I  HAVE  to  START  OVER  with  MY  FEEDBACK.    I  DECIDED  THAT  it  WAS  TIME  to  START  SELLING  SOME  OF  MY  COLLECTION.
