Rip & Ship

Box Break Listings
Live Box Break Spot

You are purchasing the team spot, player spot, hybrid spot, combo, category, or other spot stated in the listing.

You are NOT purchasing a sealed box, sealed case, sealed pack, full product, or any guaranteed specific card.

You will receive all eligible cards pulled for your purchased spot according to the allocation rules stated in the listing.

Box Break Formats

The specific break format is stated in the listing title and/or description. Please review it carefully before bidding or purchasing.

Pick Your Team
You purchase a specific team spot.

Pick Your Player
You purchase a specific player spot.

Hybrid Format
Spots may be assigned by team, player, combo, category, or another clearly stated allocation format.

Allocation rules are defined by the listing.

All teams, players, products, years, sets, manufacturers, leagues, competitions, and allocation rules are defined by the listing title and/or description.

Please check the official manufacturer checklist before bidding or purchasing so you understand what cards your selected team, player, or assigned spot may have available in the product.

How A Box Break Works
1
Payment must be completed before the live break starts.
2
Once the break is fully filled and ready to run, the sealed box, case, pack, or product stated in the listing is opened live on camera.
3
All eligible cards pulled during the live break are assigned according to the spot purchased by each customer.
4
Your eligible cards are handled with care, packed securely, and shipped according to the shipping terms below.
Break Fill, Rollover & Filler Auctions

Box and case breaks are ripped live once all required spots have been fully filled.

If a break has not filled by the time it is scheduled to run, Cards Hub may roll the break over to the next scheduled Live. Any spot already purchased remains reserved for the original buyer and automatically carries over to the same rescheduled break.

To close out a break with remaining inventory, unsold spots may be offered during the Live through Filler Auctions. Before bidding begins, the filler format, eligible spots, winning positions, and allocation method will be announced or displayed during the Live.

Important

A Filler Auction is used to fill one or more remaining break spots. A winning filler position awards only the spot or spots identified for that filler.

Neither a direct spot purchase nor a Filler Auction guarantees any specific card, hit, autograph, parallel, or card value from the sealed product.

Multi-Team / Multi-Player Cards

Some cards may feature two or more teams, two or more players, or a combination of teams and players.

Multi-Team / Multi-Player spots specifically cover cards featuring multiple teams or players on the same card and are assigned accordingly when such spots are included in the break.

If a dedicated Multi-Team / Multi-Player spot is listed, cards matching that category will be assigned to that spot.

Please read the specific listing carefully to understand how multi-team, multi-player, dual, triple, quad, or combo cards are handled for that break.

If No Card Is Pulled In A Box Break

It is possible that no eligible card is pulled for your selected team, player, or assigned spot.

If no eligible card is pulled for your purchased spot during the break, you will receive a replacement card.

Replacement cards may come from available Cards Hub stock and are selected at our discretion.

Rip & Ship Listings
Your Product. Your Rip. Your Cards.

You are buying the exact sealed product described in the listing and authorizing Cards Hub to open it live on camera on your behalf.

The product may be a box, pack, case, blaster, hanger, tin, or another sealed item stated in the listing.

All eligible cards pulled from your purchased product belong to you and are assigned to your order.

What Rip & Ship Is Not

Rip & Ship is NOT a box break spot, team spot, player spot, random spot, shared allocation, lottery, raffle, or chance-based assignment.

No Team Allocation

No Player Allocation

No Randomization

How Rip & Ship Works
1
Payment must be completed before the product is opened live.
2
The sealed product stated in the listing is opened live on camera for you.
3
All eligible cards pulled from your purchased product are assigned to you.
4
Your cards are handled with care, packed securely, and shipped according to the shipping terms below.
What Cards Are Shipped

Box Break: all eligible cards pulled for your purchased spot are shipped according to the listing allocation rules.

Rip & Ship: all eligible cards pulled from your purchased product are shipped to you, unless the listing explicitly states otherwise.

Shipped cards may include:

Base Cards Rookie Cards
Inserts Parallels
Serial-Numbered Cards Autographs
Relic / Memorabilia Cards Short Prints
Case Hits Other Eligible Cards
Product Contents & Odds

Results depend entirely on the contents of the sealed product. No specific card, autograph, numbered card, relic, insert, parallel, case hit, quantity of cards, or quantity of hits is guaranteed unless explicitly stated by the manufacturer.

Manufacturer-stated odds, average contents, box configurations, autograph counts, numbered card counts, insert rates, and case-hit information are not guaranteed by Cards Hub.

Sealed products may vary. Some boxes or packs may contain more or fewer hits than expected according to the manufacturer collation and production process.

Please check the official manufacturer checklist and product information before bidding or purchasing.

Manufacturer Issues & Card Handling

Cards Hub is not responsible for manufacturer defects, factory damage, print lines, centering issues, missing hits, collation issues, damaged cards inside sealed products, or other production-related problems caused during manufacturing.

If a manufacturer-related issue occurs, the customer may need to contact the manufacturer directly according to the manufacturer replacement or support policy.

We handle products and cards carefully throughout the live opening, sorting, packing, and shipping process.

Shipping & Combined Shipping
Shipping Is Charged Once Per Live

All eligible Box Break and Rip & Ship purchases made during the same Live are combined, regardless of how many items you purchase during that Live.

Shipping is charged once for each Live event.

Standard Shipping

Standard purchases from multiple Live events are automatically combined into one weekly shipment.

Standard shipping is dispatched within 10 business days of your first purchase.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is dispatched on the next business day.

Shipping Payments

Shipping charges from different Live events are non-refundable, even when Standard purchases are combined into one weekly shipment.

No refunds are issued for shipping payments from separate Live events.

Delivery Time

Dispatch times refer to when your order leaves our facility. Carrier delivery times may vary depending on destination, courier service, public holidays, customs processing, and carrier delays.

Payments, Returns & Cancellations

Payment must be completed according to eBay requirements and before the live break or live opening starts.

Box Break: if the break does not fill in time, it may be rolled over as described above and the purchased spot remains active for the rescheduled break. Once the live break has started, the purchased spot cannot be cancelled because of the cards pulled or the result of the break.

Rip & Ship: once the product has been opened live on your behalf, the order cannot be cancelled because of the cards pulled or the result of the opening.

Because the service is performed live and the sealed product is opened, returns or refunds are not accepted once the applicable live break or live opening has started, except in cases of seller non-performance, wrong item, or any situation required by eBay policy or applicable law.

Please ask any questions before bidding or purchasing through eBay Messages.

Final Confirmation

By bidding or purchasing, you confirm that you have read and understood the full listing description, the format identified in the listing, the applicable allocation or live-opening rules, the Box Break fill, rollover, and Filler Auction terms where applicable, the combined-shipping terms, the dispatch timing, the non-refundable shipping charges between separate Live events, the product-content risks, and the payment, return, and cancellation terms above.
