Operation
After refurbishing, operation has been confirmed with an external AA battery box, and it also works fine with gumstick batteries. There are no signs of battery leakage, and the battery terminals are shiny and clean.
The important pinch roller has been replaced with a new one, so there are no dents, and it is smooth and shiny, and performs well.
The playback sound is clear, with no excessive noise, and it can reproduce very good sound.
Playback, stop, fast forward, rewind, and reverse (invert) have been tested for a long period of time.
The playback speed of FWD and REV is stable and normal, and the speed difference has been measured and confirmed to be within an acceptable range.
There is no noticeable sound fluctuation, and the wow and flutter measurement results are good.
All operation buttons and switch buttons on the main unit have been tested.
Volume adjustment is crackly. No sound.
Please refrain from using tapes longer than 90 minutes, severely deteriorated tapes, or low-quality overseas tapes, as this may cause sound fluctuations, playback failure, or malfunction.

Maintenance Details
Exterior and accessories have been cleaned and disinfected with alcohol wipes and finished to a high quality. A high-durability drive belt has been replaced (no low-quality generic parts are used).
The V-belt groove of the flywheel has been cleaned and precision polished.
The pinch roller has been replaced with a new one.
The capstan has been cleaned. Silicone grease has been applied to each gear rotation part.
The head has been precision polished and cleaned to a mirror finish.
Oxide film has been removed from each metal contact point to improve conductivity. The head has been demagnetized with a TEAC head demagnetizer E-3.
Wow and flutter have been measured and speed adjusted with an ABEX 3KHz -10dB Flutter & Speed ββTEST TAPE. Winding torque during playback has been measured, etc.
