Welcome!  This is a very nice antique photo from 1937 and the subject is a collapsed overloaded cart which has fallen on the horse pulling it in Madeira, Portugal.  I have others from this set and other Madeira subject matter.  This photo measures 6 7/8" by 4 3/4".
