Up for sale is an original 1860 John Bell / Edward Everett presidential campaign ferrotype token/badge from the Constitutional Union Party campaign.

This antique political campaign piece has a brass frame with raised lettering and floral designs. One side features John Bell with “JOHN BELL” and “1860” around the border. The other side features Edward Everett with “EDWARD EVERETT” and “1860” around the border. The center images are early photographic ferrotype/tintype inserts.

The piece is in antique circulated/used condition with visible age and wear. The brass frame shows toning, oxidation, small marks, and surface wear. The ferrotype images show scratches, spotting, and areas of loss/flaking, especially on the Edward Everett side. There is an original suspension hole at the top, indicating it was made to be worn or hung.
