Product Introduction:

The "O" type rubber sealing ring is currently the main seal in rubber sealing products in China. Performance: Heat resistance of 120 degrees, good oil resistance, wear resistance, etc.

Nitrile rubber is a copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene. It has excellent resistance to petroleum and non-polar solvents, as well as good mechanical properties. The specific performance mainly depends on the content of acrylonitrile. Those whose acrylonitrile content is higher than 50% have strong resistance to mineral oil and fuel oil, but their elasticity and permanent compression deformation at low temperature become worse. Low acrylonitrile Nitrile rubber has good low temperature resistance, but reduces the oil resistance at high temperature.

Advantages:

Disadvantages:

1. Not suitable for use in polar solvents such as ketones, ozone, nitrohydrocarbons, MEK, and chloroform.

2. Not resistant to ozone, weather, and heat air aging.

Applicable medium:

- Fatty hydrocarbons (butane, propane), engine oil, fuel, vegetable oil, mineral oil.

- HFA, HFB, HFC hydraulic oil.

- Low concentration acids, alkalis, salts, and water at room temperature.
