Returns
Buyers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order. To initiate a return, please contact us through eBay. Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the buyer's responsibility. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, Shuffled will cover return postage and issue a full refund.

If you suspect your item has been lost in transit, please contact us so we can open an investigation with Royal Mail on your behalf.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products (such as booster packs, booster boxes, or sealed decks) that have been opened after receipt, as opening the product reveals its contents and the purchase is considered fulfilled. It also does not apply to items that have been damaged after receipt.
