"Rhino" self-propelled anti tank gun adopts a new type of hybrid chassis (geschutzwagen III / IV) designed by alkett Alcatel, which is composed of parts of type J of tank 3 and type F of tank 4, and carries an improved 88mm pak43 / 41 anti tank gun, which is a typical temporary product. Compared with the later tank fighter vehicles, the self-propelled gun's open combat chamber can only provide light armor protection for the crew, while the tank fighters such as cheetah, hunting tiger and Ferdinand successfully replaced their positions in the later stage of the war because they provided good protection for the crew.
